About Us
The Labour Resource Centre (LRC) is a non-profit organization that was established in 2023 by a group of independent trade unionists, labour rights activists, and researchers. The primary goal of LRC is to ensure that workers’ rights and well-being are not compromised during the transition to the new economy, while promoting a just transition of workers.
We provide specialized support to organizations and individuals in coordinating labour education services and support programs, and conduct thematic labour policy research to ensure that no one is left behind. Our research is designed to provide insights and recommendations on labour policies that can benefit workers and promote their well-being.
LRC is committed to ensuring that workers’ rights are protected, and that they are treated fairly and equitably in the workplace. Our team of experts is dedicated to helping workers navigate the challenges of the new economy, and to promoting policies that support their well-being.
